These scratch cards turn education into something that's fun. If you can imagine it, we can print it!  All our scratch off areas are customized for each client and printed with a durable latex ink.  This means you are not locked into specific dimensions or label sizes.  If  you want a star, hard hat, or even paint cans as your scratch off areas...we can do it.  There is no additional cost for a custom shape and size.

CASE STUDY: Our Star Cards featured on MSNBC News!

We designed the Star Cards used by Whiting's Foods, which won the #1 employee incentive promotion by the IACC and were featured on MSNBC News!  During the summer Whiting's Foods proudly hands out Star Cards to their employees. The purpose of these fun scratch-off cards is to reward and recognize positive behavior. The cards may have an instant win scratch off or may give you the opportunity to Spin the Prize Wheel in the lobby.

Whiting's Foods wanted to help their employees develop good work place habits and get the most out of their employment experience. The scratch off Star Cards achieve this! Whiting's Foods identified the areas they wanted their employees to EXCEED expectations and then made those the criteria for how the employees earned a scratch off Star Card.  These areas included:

CASE STUDY: Scratchers used as a school safety and student recognition program

School is hard enough without having to worry about safety and bullying.  We have been designing scratch off cards for elementary and middle schools that have had a profound effect on not only the schools and teachers, but on the students' grades and their attitudes.  These scratch off cards are special.  They're used to promote student safety, motivate students, and encourage students to be the best young people they can be. This is a fun promotion that improves the following important areas: 

• Overall safety awareness
  
• Decrease bullying
• Improve the individual's self esteem
  
• Improve respect among all students
• Encourage school involvement
• Motivate students to excel
  

WHO GETS A CARD: Scratchers are awarded when a teacher witnesses a student being helpful to another student, for completing their homework, having perfect attendance for the month, getting an A on a paper, or doing anything that shows compassion for their fellow students.  Since it's instant recognition for doing something positive, the scratchers reinforce positive behavior and attitudes. 

HOW TO PLAY: Everyone has a chance to be an instant winner.  Prizes can include being able to chew gum for the day, a free lunch, 15 minutes computer time, having lunch with a staff member, etc.  Since this is a motivational program, it's important not to have any outright losing cards.  The non-winning cards reveal a motivational saying like "You Matter" and "You're Important To Us" - sayings to improve the student's self esteem.  The non-winning cards can be used one of two ways: as a discount in the school store or entered into a monthly drawing.
